Is Church Membership

Really that Important?

As in a couple of months this year will come to an end, we wish to remind you the importance of renewing your membership.

Membership renewal is not just a formality; it is a vital act of commitment to our faith and our parish. Your membership supports the many ministries, programmes and activities that enrich our spiritual lives and bring us closer together as a community. From holding Sunday and feast day services to visiting those in hospitals, from liturgical events and cultural celebrations, just to name a few, your contributions make a tangible difference.

For those who have not yet renewed their membership, we kindly ask that you consider doing so. Your support is crucial in maintaining the vibrancy of our parish and ensuring that we can continue to serve our community with love and dedication but, also to grow further and enhance our community’s activities. Besides, when contacting a funder or a government organisation, we are often asked "How many members do you have?".

If you have not yet subscribed as a member, now is the perfect time to join. Becoming a member allows you to take an active role in our parish life and helps sustain the many activities and services we provide. Your participation is a valuable gift to our entire community.

The cost of the annual membership is £12.00 per individual.

Your membership gives you eligibility to put your name forward at the church committee elections.
