EVERY SUNDAY, MATINS & DIVINE LITURGY: 8.45-11.30
Our church is one where there is always a sermon, even a brief one. Fr. David delivers sermons in English to accommodate our multilingual congregation. In response to requests for copies of his sermons, we have srarted uploading past sermons to our website, so as to make them more accessible to a broader audience, including those unable to attend services regularly.
On occasion Fr David may preach in another language (e.g. Bulgarian) and he is also one of the priests of our Archdiocese who contributes to the weekly bulletin "The Word of our Lord" which is distributed every Sunday throughout the parishes.
The sermons are based either on the Epistle or on the Gospel of the day they are preached. Matthew IV or VIII stands for the fourth or eighth Sunday of St Matthew's Readings. Some times, a sermon might be about a Saint whose feast falls on that day.
